Mix in the semolina, baking powder, and cinnamon (if using). Stir until fully combined. Let the batter rest for 15–20 minutes so the semolina can absorb moisture.
Bake the Cake:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small baking pan or loaf tin. Pour the rested batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Bake Time:
Bake for 35–40 minutes or until golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and Serve:
