Golden Crunch Chicken in Creamy Parmesan Mushroom Sauce: A Deliciously Savory Dinner

In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
Dip each chicken breast first in the flour mixture, then in the egg, and finally coat it well in the breadcrumb mixture. Ensure the chicken is evenly coated on all sides.
Cook the chicken:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.

Stir in the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and becomes creamy.
Combine the chicken and sauce:

Return the crispy chicken breasts to the skillet, nestling them in the creamy mushroom sauce. Spoon some of the sauce over the chicken to coat. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Serve:

Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve the golden crunch chicken with the creamy Parmesan mushroom sauce. Pair it with mashed potatoes, rice, or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
