Garlic Roasted Vegetables – A Flavorful and Healthy Side Dish

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine baby potatoes, carrots, and zucchini.
Drizzle with olive oil, then add minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat the vegetables evenly.
