Garlic Parmesan Crusted Chicken: A Crispy, Flavorful Delight

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for easy cleanup.
Prepare the Coating:

In a shallow bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
Coat the Chicken:

Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, ensuring it is fully coated. Then, dredge the chicken in the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, pressing down slightly to ensure the crumbs stick. Repeat for all chicken breasts.
Cook the Chicken:

Heat the olive oil and melted butter in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the coated chicken breasts. Cook for 3–4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Bake to Finish:

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). The crust should be golden and crunchy, and the chicken should be cooked through.
Serve:

Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with your favorite sides.
