Place the 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Pour the entire bottle (12 oz) of Parmesan Garlic Sauce over the chicken.
Step 2: Add Milk and Cream Cheese
Fill the Parmesan Garlic Sauce bottle with 1 cup of milk and shake it to get the remaining sauce out.
Add the milk and sauce mixture to the slow cooker.
Cut the 8 oz cream cheese into blocks and add it to the slow cooker as well.
Step 3: Combine and Cook
Add 4 oz shredded or grated Parmesan cheese into the slow cooker.
Stir everything together to coat the chicken and combine the ingredients.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
Step 4: Shred the Chicken
After the chicken has cooked, shred it using two forks right in the slow cooker. Mix the shredded chicken back into the sauce.
Step 5: Add the Pasta
Cook 12 oz pasta according to the package instructions, then drain.
Add the cooked pasta to the slow cooker and stir everything together to combine.
