Garlic Parmesan Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs: Bite-Sized Burger Bliss

Prepare the Cheeseburger Filling: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain any excess fat, then stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the cheese to melt and everything to combine. For a creamier filling, stir in the cream cheese until smooth. Set aside and let it cool slightly.
Assemble the Bombs: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Roll out the biscuit dough and separate it into individual pieces. Flatten each piece into a small circle, large enough to hold a spoonful of the cheeseburger filling. Spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of the beef mixture into the center of each dough circle. Pinch the edges of the dough together to seal the filling inside, forming a ball.
Coat the Bombs: In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and chopped parsley. Brush each cheeseburger bomb with the garlic Parmesan mixture, making sure to coat them well.
Bake the Bombs: Place the filled and coated dough balls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve: Remove from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve with a side of ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce.
