Garlic Chicken Fried Rice: A Flavorful Twist on a Classic Dish!

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add diced chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.

Push the garlic to one side and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble until fully cooked.

Add the cooked rice, peas, and carrots, stirring everything together.

Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine.

Return the cooked chicken to the pan, mixing thoroughly.

Season with black pepper and salt, then garnish with sliced green onions.

Serve hot and enjoy!
