Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Creamy Sauce: A Flavor Explosion in Every Bite

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
Once the skillet is hot, add the steak bites in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding the pan, so you may need to cook in batches.
Sear the steak bites for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Once cooked, remove the steak bites from the skillet and set them aside.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:

In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the fresh rosemary, if using, and stir for another 30 seconds to release its flavor.
Prepare the Creamy Sauce:

To the skillet, pour in the heavy cream and beef broth. Stir in the Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, cooking for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Combine the Steak and Sauce:

Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet and toss them in the creamy sauce. Let everything simmer together for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the steak to absorb the delicious flavors of the sauce.
Serve:

Once the steak bites are coated in the creamy sauce, remove from heat. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately.
