Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Shrimp Feast: A Flavorful, Decadent Delight

In a medium skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant and golden brown.
Stir in the lemon juice, thyme (if using), red pepper flakes, and the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.
Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes, then remove from heat. Set aside.
2. Cook the Steak Bites:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
Add the steak bites to the skillet in a single layer, cooking them for about 2-3 minutes on each side for a medium-rare finish, or longer if you prefer them more done.
Add the minced garlic during the last minute of cooking and sauté for an additional minute.
Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
3. Cook the Shrimp:
In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
Add the shrimp to the skillet in a single layer and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and are cooked through.
Remove from heat.
4. Combine Everything:
Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss them with the garlic butter sauce until they are fully coated.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and gently toss them in the sauce as well.
5. Serve:
Transfer the steak bites and shrimp to a serving platter.
Drizzle any remaining garlic butter sauce over the top and garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve hot with a side of rice, mashed potatoes, or a fresh green salad for a complete meal.
