Garlic Butter Lobster Tails – A Decadent Seafood Delight

Prepare the Lobster Tails:
Using kitchen shears, carefully cut down the top of each lobster tail shell, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the meat from the shell, leaving the base attached, and place it on top of the shell. This will give it that beautiful presentation.

Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to mix all the ingredients.

Brush the Lobster Tails:
Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter sauce, making sure to coat every bit of the meat.

Bake the Lobster Tails:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Arrange the lobster tails on a baking sheet, and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through. (The internal temperature of the lobster should reach 140°F or 60°C.)

Finish and Serve:
Remove the lobster tails from the oven, and brush them again with the remaining garlic butter sauce. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side for an added burst of flavor.
