Garlic Butter Lobster & Shrimp Mac & Cheese: A Luxurious Comfort Dish!

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente, following the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Lobster & Shrimp:

In a large pan, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat.

Add the shrimp and lobster, seasoning with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

Squeeze lemon juice over the seafood and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Make the Cheese Sauce:

In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.

Stir in flour and cook for about 1 minute to form a roux.

Gradually whisk in heavy cream or whole milk, letting the mixture thicken.

Add the cheddar, gouda, and Parmesan cheeses, stirring until smooth and melted.

Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Assemble the Dish:

Stir the cooked pasta into the cheese sauce, making sure it’s well coated.

Gently fold in the sautéed lobster and shrimp.

(Optional) Mix melted butter with panko breadcrumbs and sprinkle over the top for a crunchy finish.

Serve & Enjoy:

Garnish with extra Parmesan and fresh parsley.
