Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cook the Ground Beef:

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the crumbled bacon. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Prepare the Pizza Dough:

Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle. Spread the cooked beef and bacon mixture evenly over the dough. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and diced pickles.

Roll and Slice:

Starting at one end, tightly roll up the dough into a log. Slice the roll into 1-inch pieces and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Garlic Butter:

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic. Brush the garlic butter generously over each roll-up.

Bake:

Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the roll-ups are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish and Serve:

Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm with ketchup and mustard for dipping.

Enjoy:
These rollups are packed with all the savory flavors of a cheeseburger, making them a great appetizer or meal! Perfect for sharing at parties or for a quick dinner.
