Garlic Bread Sloppy Joes

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Prepare the Garlic Bread:

Slice the loaf of Italian bread lengthwise into two halves. Place both halves, cut side up, onto the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine the softened butter and garlic salt. Spread the butter mixture generously over the cut sides of the bread. Set aside while you make the sloppy joe filling.
3️⃣ Cook the Sloppy Joe Filling:

In a medium nonstick skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes or until the beef is browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease.
Stir in the garlic powder, yellow mustard, ketchup, kosher salt, black pepper, and water. Mix until well combined. Let it simmer for 5 minutes to thicken.
4️⃣ Assemble the Garlic Bread Sloppy Joes:

Divide the sloppy joe mixture evenly between both halves of the bread. Top with shredded mozzarella and sharp cheddar cheese.
5️⃣ Bake:

Place the bread halves in the preheated oven and bake for 12-14 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
6️⃣ Serve:

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Cut into pieces and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve warm and enjoy!
