Heat a large skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook until browned and cooked through, turning occasionally, about 8-10 minutes.
In the same pan, add the turkey bacon (or back bacon if available) and cook until crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove both the sausages and bacon from the pan and set aside.
2. Prepare the Eggs
In a separate pan, heat a little butter over medium heat.
Crack the eggs into the pan and cook them to your preference (fried, scrambled, or poached). Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
3. Cook the Vegetables
While the eggs cook, slice the tomato in half and add it to the pan to cook for 3-4 minutes until it softens slightly.
In the same pan, add the sliced mushrooms and cook until golden and tender, about 4-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Heat the Baked Beans
In a small saucepan, heat the baked beans over medium heat until warmed through, about 3-5 minutes.
5. Toast the Bread
While everything is cooking, toast the bread slices or fry bread in a separate pan with a little butter until golden and crisp.
6. Assemble the Full English Breakfast
Once all components are cooked, it’s time to assemble your Full English Breakfast! Arrange the sausages, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, baked beans, black pudding (if using), and toast on a plate.
