Fried Fish Recipe

Pat the fish fillets dry with some paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Make the Egg Mixture:
Beat the eggs in a bowl, then stir in the milk.

Prepare the Flour Mixture:
In another bowl, mix the cake flour, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning, and black pepper.

Coat the Fish:
Dip each fish fillet into the egg mixture, ensuring it’s well-coated. Then, coat both sides of the fillet in the flour mixture, making sure to dust off any excess flour.

Fry the Fish:
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan or pot. The oil should be hot enough that the fish sizzles when it touches the oil. Carefully add the fish fillets to the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.

Drain the Fish:
