Fresh Peach Delight

In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon (if using). Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish or tart pan to form an even crust. Chill in the fridge while you prepare the filling.

Make the Filling:
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the sliced peaches, being careful not to mash them.

Assemble the Dessert:
Once the crust has chilled, spoon the peach and whipped cream mixture onto the crust. Spread it evenly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, allowing the flavors to meld and the dessert to set.

Serve:
Before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves for an extra touch of color and flavor. Slice and enjoy!
