Fluffy Pancakes in Just Minutes – A Simple Recipe for Soft Delights

Prepare the Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. These dry ingredients will create the base for your pancakes.

Mix the Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter (or oil), and vanilla extract. Make sure everything is combined evenly.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can lead to tough pancakes. A few lumps are perfectly fine.

Heat the Pan: Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease it with butter or oil.

Cook the Pancakes: For each pancake, pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges begin to look set, about 2-3 minutes. Flip the pancake and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side, until golden brown.

Serve and Enjoy: Stack the pancakes on a plate and serve immediately with your favorite toppings, such as syrup, fresh fruit, whipped cream, or a dusting of powdered sugar.
