Fluffy Cottage Cheese Dessert Recipe

Prepare the Cottage Cheese:
Start by draining the cottage cheese if it’s too wet. You want a thicker consistency for the best texture.

Mix the Ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy. Then, add the cottage cheese and mix until combined.

Add Dry Ingredients:
Sift the flour and baking powder together and gradually incorporate them into the wet ingredients. Mix until the dough is smooth and slightly thick.

Form the Dough:
Once the dough is ready, take small portions and shape them into little rounds or balls. You can use your hands or a spoon to make them uniform in size.

Bake:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and place the shaped dough onto it. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top.

Serve:
Let the cottage cheese desserts cool for a few minutes before serving. They’re delicious on their own or dusted with a bit of powdered sugar.
