Fluffy and Delicious Pancakes: Your Perfect Breakfast Staple

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Combine the Wet Ingredients:

In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Make the Batter:

Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined; the batter will be slightly lumpy, and that’s okay! Overmixing can make the pancakes dense.
Cook the Pancakes:

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, about 2–3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
Repeat:

Continue until all the batter is used, greasing the pan as needed between batches.
