Family-Favorite 15-Minute Puff Pastry Magic: The Appetizer Everyone Will Beg For!

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat to prevent sticking.

Prepare the Puff Pastry:
Unfold the sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Roll it out gently if needed to smooth any creases. Cut the pastry into small squares or rectangles, depending on your preferred size (about 3×3 inches).

Make the Filling:
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, chopped fresh herbs, garlic powder, and spinach (if using). Mix well until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Assemble the Pastry Bites:
Spoon a small amount of the cheese mixture onto the center of each pastry square. Fold the corners over the filling to create a little pocket or fold them into a triangle. Press the edges gently to seal.

Brush with Egg Wash:
Beat the egg and brush it over the top of each pastry bite to give them a golden, glossy finish once baked.

Bake:
Place the filled puff pastry bites on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until they are puffed up and golden brown.

Serve:
Allow the puff pastry bites to cool for a few minutes, then serve them warm with your favorite dipping sauce, such as marinara or a tangy aioli.
