Espinaca Dip: A Creamy Spinach Delight Perfect for Any Occasion

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the chopped spinach and sauté for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
Once cooked, remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
2. Prepare the Dip Base
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
Stir until smooth and well-combined.
3. Combine Spinach and Cheese Mixture
Add the sautéed spinach and minced garlic to the cheese mixture. Stir until everything is evenly incorporated.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Heat the Dip
Transfer the dip to a small baking dish or a skillet.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the cheese has melted and slightly browned on top.
5. Serve
Remove from the oven and serve immediately with tortilla chips or pita bread for dipping. Enjoy!
