Epic Meat Lover’s Burger-Pizza Delight

Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Drizzle a bit of olive oil over the dough to help it crisp up in the oven.

Step 2: Cook the Burger Patties
Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, and paprika. Form the beef into patties, making them slightly smaller than the pizza, as they’ll shrink during cooking. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side or until they reach your preferred doneness. Set the cooked patties aside.

Step 3: Cook the Bacon and Onion
In the same skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it into small bits. Sauté the sliced onions in the bacon grease until soft and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.

Step 4: Assemble the Pizza
Spread a thin layer of ketchup and mustard over the rolled-out pizza dough, like a sauce base for the pizza. Place the cooked burger patties on top of the pizza dough. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese generously over the patties. Add the crispy bacon bits and caramelized onions on top. Sprinkle a little extra cheese if desired.

Step 5: Bake
Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and melted.

Step 6: Garnish and Serve
Once out of the oven, top with sliced pickles for that classic burger flavor. Sprinkle fresh parsley or basil for a burst of freshness. Slice and serve hot!
