Edible Flower Ice Cubes with Floral Lemonade: A Refreshing, Elegant Drink

Rinse the edible flowers gently to remove any dirt or residue. Be sure to choose flowers that are safe for consumption and free of pesticides.
Place a few edible flowers in each compartment of an ice cube tray. You can use whole flowers or petals, depending on your aesthetic preference.
Fill the compartments with water (or sparkling water for an extra fizzy touch). Pour the water slowly to avoid disturbing the flowers too much.
Freeze the ice cubes for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
Step 2: Make the Floral Lemonade

In a saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add the dried edible flowers (lavender or chamomile) to the water and steep for about 5-7 minutes. Strain the flowers and set the floral water aside.
In a large pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice, floral water, and the remaining 3 cups of cold water. Stir in the honey or sugar, adjusting to taste. You can also add a few lemon slices for extra flavor and a decorative touch.
Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
Step 3: Assemble the Drink

Once your ice cubes are frozen and the lemonade is chilled, it’s time to serve!
Place the floral ice cubes in glasses, then pour the chilled floral lemonade over the cubes. The ice cubes will melt slowly, releasing the beautiful flowers into the lemonade and adding a delicate floral touch to each sip.
Step 4: Garnish and Serve

Garnish the drink with extra fresh flowers or lemon slices for an even more elegant presentation.
Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing, flowery taste of your homemade Floral Lemonade with Edible Flower Ice Cubes!
