Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the split English muffin halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
Cook the ground meat:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the marinara sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Assemble the pizzas:
Spoon a generous amount of the meat sauce mixture onto each English muffin half.
Add a few slices of bell pepper on top of the sauce.
Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake:
Place the muffin pizzas in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve:
Remove the mini pizzas from the oven and allow them to cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
