Easy & Delicious Balsamic Soy Roasted Garlic Mushrooms

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to prepare for roasting.

Prepare the Mushrooms:
Clean and slice the mushrooms. If using large mushrooms, cut them into halves or quarters to ensure even cooking.

Season the Mushrooms:
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, chopped garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine, then toss the mushrooms in the mixture, ensuring they’re fully coated.

Roast the Mushrooms:
Spread the seasoned mushrooms in a single layer on a baking sheet. Place the sheet in the oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking. The mushrooms should be tender and caramelized, with a rich golden color.

Serve:
Once roasted, remove the mushrooms from the oven and serve immediately. You can garnish with fresh parsley or more thyme for added color and flavor.
