Easy Bacon & Fried Rice

This savory and flavorful fried rice comes together quickly with crispy bacon, tender vegetables, and fluffy rice. It’s the perfect dish for a busy weeknight or a delicious meal any time!

Ingredients:

4 slices of bacon, chopped into small pieces

2 cups of cooked rice (preferably chilled, day-old rice works best)
