Easy 3-Ingredient Non-Fat Strawberry Frozen Yogurt: A Guilt-Free Summer Treat

Prepare the Strawberries:
If using fresh strawberries, wash, hull, and chop them into small pieces. If using frozen strawberries, let them thaw for a few minutes so they’re easier to blend.

Blend the Ingredients:
In a blender or food processor, combine the strawberries, non-fat Greek yogurt, and honey or maple syrup (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or syrup if needed.

Freeze the Yogurt:
Pour the blended mixture into a shallow dish or loaf pan, and spread it out evenly. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until fully frozen.

Serve:
Once the frozen yogurt has set, scoop it into bowls or cones. If it’s too hard to scoop, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly.
