Remove the foil and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the casserole. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Let the casserole sit for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired.
