Dump and Bake Meatball Casserole

Prepare the casserole:
In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread the uncooked pasta evenly. Add the frozen meatballs on top of the pasta. Pour the marinara sauce over the meatballs and pasta.

Add the liquid and seasonings:
Pour the water over the mixture, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and stir everything to combine evenly.

Bake:
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked and the meatballs are heated through.

Add the cheese:
Remove the foil and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the casserole. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve and enjoy:
Let the casserole sit for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired.
