5 to 7 fresh or dried guava leaves
1 cinnamon stick or 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
2 cups of water
1 teaspoon of honey (optional, to taste)
Instructions:
Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan.
Add guava leaves and cinnamon to boiling water.
Let simmer for 10-15 minutes, then filter.
Add honey (optional) and enjoy hot!
Drink 1-2 cups a day for best results.
