Ingredients:
2-3 cinnamon sticks
4-5 whole cloves
1 liter water
Optional: Honey or lemon for taste
Instructions:
Boil the water in a saucepan.
Add the cinnamon sticks and cloves to the water and let them steep for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
Strain the water to remove the cinnamon sticks and cloves (or leave them in for a stronger flavor).
If desired, add a teaspoon of honey or a splash of lemon juice for extra flavor and benefits.
Drink this mixture once a day, preferably in the morning or before a meal.
