DIY Lemon Ginger Turmeric Power Shots: Boost Your Health Naturally

Juice the lemon, making sure to remove any seeds. If you prefer a stronger citrus flavor, zest the lemon before juicing it.

Peel the fresh ginger and turmeric, then chop them into small pieces for easier blending.

Blend the Power Shot:

In a blender, combine the lemon juice and zest, ginger, turmeric, black pepper, honey (if using), and warm water. Blend until smooth. You may need to scrape down the sides of the blender once or twice to ensure everything is well incorporated.
