Prepare the ingredients: Wash and slice the cucumber and lemon. Wash the mint leaves and grate the ginger (if using).
Combine in a pitcher: Place the cucumber, lemon slices, mint leaves, and grated ginger (if using) into a large pitcher.
Infuse with water: Add 1-2 liters of water to the pitcher. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight.
Drink daily: Consume two glasses of this drink per day for 7 days. Drink one glass on an empty stomach in the morning and the other before meals or in the evening.
