If using fresh shrimp, lobster, and scallops, cook them in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes or until fully cooked. Drain and chop into bite-sized pieces.
If you’re using pre-cooked shrimp and imitation crabmeat, simply chop them into smaller pieces.
In a large bowl, combine all of the seafood (shrimp, crab, lobster, and scallops).
Step 2: Add the Vegetables and Herbs
Add the cucumber, red onion, celery, parsley, and dill to the seafood mixture. Toss to combine.
Step 3: Make the Dressing
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and hot sauce (if using).
Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4: Combine and Chill
