Delight in the Unbeatable Flavor of Easy Pistachio Pineapple Cake

Step 1: Prepare the Oven and Cake Pan
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper to make the cake easier to remove after baking.
Step 2: Mix the Cake Batter
In a large bowl, combine the pistachio cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Add the entire can of crushed pineapple (with juice) into the mixture and stir until well combined. The pineapple adds moisture and a slight tang, perfectly complementing the pistachio flavor.
Optional: Stir in chopped pistachios and shredded coconut for an extra layer of texture and flavor.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
Step 3: Bake the Cake
Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
