Delicious Pepper Steak with Garlic Butter Potatoes & Cheesy Broccoli Recipe

Prepare the Garlic Butter Potatoes:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss the halved baby potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until crispy and golden. Once done, toss the potatoes with melted butter for extra richness.

Cook the Pepper Steak:
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika on both sides. Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side until it forms a golden brown crust. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the pan and baste the steak with the melted butter. Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Sauté the Peppers & Onions:
In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers, onions, and minced garlic. Sauté over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes until they are caramelized. Drizzle with Worcestershire sauce for an added layer of flavor.

Prepare the Cheesy Broccoli:
Steam the broccoli florets for about 5 minutes until they are tender yet still vibrant green. Toss the broccoli with butter, salt, and black pepper, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Allow the cheese to melt completely over the hot broccoli.

Assemble & Serve:
Plate the sliced steak and top with the sautéed peppers and onions. Serve alongside the crispy garlic butter potatoes and cheesy broccoli for a complete meal.
