In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets and a splash of water to help steam them. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is tender but still crisp. Remove from the pan and set aside with the chicken.
Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, and chicken broth. Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes until it slightly thickens.
Combine Chicken and Broccoli:
Add the chicken and broccoli back into the skillet, tossing them in the sauce until everything is well coated. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
