Delicious Carne Asada Tacos Fiesta

In a small bowl, combine garlic, lime juice, orange juice, soy sauce, olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir to mix everything well.
Place the flank or skirt steak in a shallow dish or resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Make sure the steak is well-coated.
Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours, in the refrigerator for maximum flavor.
2. Grill the Steak:

Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
Remove the steak from the marinade and grill for about 4-5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the steak and your preferred level of doneness (aim for medium-rare to medium for the best texture).
Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
3. Prepare the Tacos:

Warm your tortillas on the grill or in a skillet for a few seconds on each side until soft and slightly charred.
Fill each tortilla with slices of grilled carne asada, and top with your choice of chopped cilantro, diced onions, lime wedges, salsa, or avocado.
