Delicious Breakfast Bread Recipe A Simple, Fluffy, and Tasty Homemade Bread for Breakfast!

Activate the Yeast: In a small bowl, combine the warm water, yeast, and sugar. Stir gently, then let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until the mixture becomes frothy, indicating the yeast is active.

Mix the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the activated yeast mixture, warm milk, vegetable oil, and salt. Gradually add the flour, about 1 cup at a time, stirring after each addition until the dough begins to form.

Knead the Dough: Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-10 minutes, adding more flour as necessary until the dough is smooth and elastic.

Let It Rise: Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours, or until it has doubled in size.

Shape the Dough: Once the dough has risen, punch it down to release any air bubbles. Roll it out into a rectangular shape, then spread the melted butter over the surface. Roll the dough into a log shape, pinching the edges to seal.
