Delicious and Creamy Summer Dessert: Fruity Tapioca Jelly Drink


Prepare the Jelly: In a saucepan, combine the water and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Once boiling, add the jelly powder and stir until fully dissolved. Let it simmer for a few more minutes until the jelly mixture thickens.

Set the Jelly: Pour the jelly mixture into a shallow dish or tray. Allow it to cool at room temperature, then place it in the fridge for about 2 hours or until set.

Prepare the Fruit: While the jelly is setting, open your fruit cocktail and drain the liquid. If you’re using fresh fruits, chop them into bite-sized pieces.

Make the Creamy Base: In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose cream (or heavy cream) with condensed milk. Stir well to combine, creating a creamy and sweet mixture.

Assemble the Drink: Once the jelly has set, cut it into cubes. In a large bowl or individual serving glasses, add the jelly cubes, followed by the fruit cocktail (or fresh fruits). Pour the creamy milk mixture over the top.

Serve: Stir everything gently and serve chilled for the best experience!
