Decadent New York-Style Cheesecake: A Heavenly Indulgence

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Stir until the mixture is well combined.
Press the crumb mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until it’s lightly golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Mix in the sour cream, vanilla extract, and flour until the mixture is completely smooth and well combined.
Step 3: Bake the Cheesecake

Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled graham cracker crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 50-60 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
Turn off the oven, slightly crack the oven door, and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, remove the cheesecake from the oven and refrigerate it for at least 4 hours (or overnight for best results) to allow it to firm up.
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy!
