Crustless Spinach Quiche

Sauté the Spinach: Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the fresh spinach and sauté for 2-3 minutes until wilted. If using frozen spinach, make sure it’s thawed and squeeze out any excess moisture before sautéing. Remove from heat and set aside.

Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, shredded cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.

Combine Spinach and Egg Mixture: Stir the sautéed spinach (and any optional add-ins like bacon, onions, or mushrooms) into the egg mixture.

Bake the Quiche: Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.

Cool and Serve: Let the quiche cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
