Crunchy Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Balls

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scoop the ice cream into medium-sized balls using an ice cream scoop or spoon.
Place them on the baking sheet and freeze for 30–60 minutes until firm.
Step 2: Prepare the Coating
In a mixing bowl, combine the mini chocolate chips, crushed cookies, chopped nuts, and shredded coconut (if using).
Stir the mixture well to create an even coating.
Step 3: Coat the Ice Cream Balls
Roll each frozen ice cream ball into the coating mixture, pressing lightly so the toppings stick well.
If needed, gently roll them in your hands to help the coating adhere.
Step 4: Freeze Again
Place the coated ice cream balls back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
Freeze for at least 1 hour or until firm.
Step 5: Optional Chocolate Drizzle
If desired, drizzle the melted chocolate over the ice cream balls before serving for extra indulgence.
Let the chocolate set in the freezer for a few minutes.
Step 6: Serve and Enjoy
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
