Prepare the crockpot: Transfer the seared steak pieces to the crockpot. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot.

⏱️ Duration: 2 minutes

Add the liquids and seasonings: Pour in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, dried thyme, dried rosemary, onion powder, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. Stir gently to combine the ingredients.

⏱️ Duration: 3 minutes

Slow cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the steak bites are tender and the flavors are fully developed.

⏱️ Cook Time: 6-8 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high

Garnish and serve: Once cooked, taste and adjust the seasoning with more salt or pepper, if needed. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
