Crispy Spicy Wings with a Fiery Kick

Preheat the Oven: Set to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Place a wire rack on top.
Season the Wings: Pat the wings dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss them with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, chili powder, and cornstarch for crispiness.
Bake: Arrange wings on the wire rack in a single layer. Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the hot sauce, melted butter, honey, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper flakes.
Toss and Serve: Transfer baked wings to a large bowl, pour the spicy sauce over them, and toss to coat evenly. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Air Fryer Method:
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
Toss wings with oil and spices, then air fry in a single layer for 25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Increase temperature to 400°F (204°C) and cook for an additional 5 minutes for extra crispiness.
Toss in the spicy sauce and serve hot.
