450 ml water – for cooking lentils
1 medium zucchini, grated
1 teaspoon salt
1 onion, finely chopped

6 sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
1 teaspoon organic olive paste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
