Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil or cooking spray.
Prepare the Cauliflower:
Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Make sure they are similar in size for even cooking.
Make the Coating:
In one bowl, whisk together the flour, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
In another bowl, whisk the egg and milk until combined.
Coat the Cauliflower:
Dip each cauliflower floret first into the egg mixture, allowing any excess liquid to drip off, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to make sure the crumbs stick. Repeat for all the cauliflower florets.
Bake the Cauliflower:
Arrange the coated cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly drizzle or spray the florets with olive oil.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy on the outside.
Serve:
Once baked, remove the cauliflower from the oven and serve immediately while hot and crispy.
