Crispy and Flavorful Chicken Wings: A Perfect Snack or Meal

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to ensure a crispy texture when cooking. Place the wings in a large mixing bowl.

Season the Wings:
Drizzle the olive oil over the wings and toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper over the wings. Toss the wings again to ensure the seasonings are evenly distributed.

Bake the Wings:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for easy cleanup. Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy. If you like your wings extra crispy, bake them for an additional 5-10 minutes.

Toss in Sauce (Optional):
If you prefer saucy wings, remove the wings from the oven and toss them in your favorite buffalo or barbecue sauce. Return the wings to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, allowing the sauce to set and caramelize.

Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot. These wings are perfect on their own or paired with dipping sauces like ranch or blue cheese.
