Creamy Tomato & Lobster Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente.
Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Sauté the Lobster:
In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat.
Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
Stir in chopped lobster meat and cook for 2-3 minutes, until opaque and lightly golden.
Remove the lobster from the pan and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Creamy Tomato Sauce:
In the same skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes, until softened.
Stir in tomato sauce, white wine (if using), and paprika, letting it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Lower the heat and stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and a splash of reserved pasta water for a silky texture.
4️⃣ Combine & Toss:
Add the cooked pasta and sautéed lobster to the sauce.
Toss everything together until well-coated.
Season with salt, black pepper, and fresh parsley.
5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
Plate the pasta and garnish with extra Parmesan and parsley.
Serve immediately and enjoy this luxurious dish!
