Creamy Salmon Pasta with Rigatoni

A flavorful pasta dish featuring a rich, creamy sauce, perfectly cooked salmon, and tender rigatoni. A perfect balance of texture and flavor in every bite!

Ingredients:
For the Pasta:

12 oz rigatoni pasta (or pasta of your choice)

Salt (for pasta water)

For the Salmon:

2 salmon fillets

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tsp garlic powder

For the Creamy Sauce:

2 tbsp unsalted butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
