Creamy Peach Icebox No-Bake Dessert

In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed vanilla wafers and melted butter. Stir until the mixture is well combined.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a dish (an 8×8 or 9×9-inch dish works well).

Refrigerate the base for about 20 minutes to set.

Create the Layers:

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.

Gently fold in the whipped cream and beat until fluffy and well combined.

Spread half of the creamy mixture over the chilled wafer base.

Arrange the sliced peaches on top of the cream layer.

Spread the remaining cream mixture over the peaches, and then arrange the rest of the peach slices on top.

Chill & Serve:

Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours (or overnight for best results) to allow the layers to set and the flavors to meld.

Before serving, garnish with extra peach slices and some crushed vanilla wafers for added texture.
